Emma & David | Dusty Rose St. Louis Wedding

David and Emma’s wedding was a dream, I had been looking forward to their big day for what seemed like an eternity! I met David & Emma through Even Chance Pitbull Rescue, they foster for them and I use to do the pictures of all their pooches!

The forecast was not predicted to look very nice, which is always a little nerve wrecking as you begin to prepare for a big day- but seriously, the weather was beautiful! By the grace of God, the rain and storms held off till the reception. We started off at both David & Emma’s childhood homes and travelled downtown for their beautiful ceremony, which was held at the gorgeous, Old Cathedral which sits right below the Gateway Arch. Total dream right?! It gets better, I promise! We took a trolley on a small stroll around the city and revisited a few spots from their engagement session, which i just so happen to think are some of the prettiest spots. The light was phenomenal and their dusty rose dresses looked amazing. They had the perfect bridal party, they were all so sweet and not to mention- pretty fabulous looking! After downtown we headed to the boat house/forest park. Did I mention how gorgeous the light was the whole stinking day??!

Guess where their reception was?!?! THE ZOO! Told you it was gonna get better!! We snuck into the sea lion exhibit and got some AMAZING shots, the seals/sea lions were totally working the camera! They also had some SUPER cute alpacas that greeted you when you arrived to the reception! Although the one was a little shy, the other was giving kisses to just about everyone! It even helped itself to a little snack of Emma’s bouquet!

Emma & David’s friends and family definitely know how to cut a rug, It was amazing to have so many people dancing!! They had an amazing band singing and playing! A night to remember for sure! The Goldberg wedding was one for the books, and a great kick off to wedding season. I struggled to narrow down my favorites! Time to drool over this amazing wedding!
